Qualification: Graduation, Postgraduation

Experience: 6-12 Years in Home Loan, Mortgage Loan Preferably Affordable Home Loan

 

Age Limit: 32 Years

Job Description:

â–ª The primary job is to detect, prevent, investigate and contain frauds to achieve minimum fraud losses

â–ª Monitor RCU Manager, Associates work in respective locations/region regarding screening,

sampling activity of login cases

â–ª Develop and sustain a system for fraud identification, monitoring, investigating in the locations

â–ª Vendor Management- Identify, develop and monitor fraud control vendors

â–ªEnsure to submit a detailed investigation report of fraud cases on timely basis to the stakeholders

â–ª Regular fraud containment and KYC training of internal staff and related vendors

â–ªEnsure timely detailed Fraud Control MIS is maintain in respective locations/region

â–ªMonitoring and maintaining TAT for the locations

â–ª Maintaining verification budget for the locations
