Location: Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh

 

Qualification: Graduation or Postgraduation

Experience: 2+ Years of Experience

Gender: Male

 

Salary: Negotiable

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Providing upskilling and product, policy, and process-based training to both new and existing employees.
  2. Business interaction with employees to enhance productivity and fill the knowledge gaps.
  3. Engaging associates with e-learning initiatives on digital learning platforms.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Effective Communication
  • Acquainted with Excel and PowerPoint on Microsoft
  • Establish a Digital Connection
  • MFI industry & JLG experience is Preferred
  • Relative Language Proficiency is Required
