Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee engagement and maintain a positive work culture.
- Oversee HR operations, including attendance, payroll, and compliance.
- Support learning and development initiatives.
- Address employee queries and grievances effectively.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in an HR role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office
