Experience: 2+ Years of MFI Experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage bulk hiring and ensure the timely generation of offer letters
• Track and execute complete employee movements
• Handle onboarding formalities and update reports accordingly
• Update manpower requirements in the HRMS
• Provide inputs to Operations HR, Payroll, and Employment Status
• Manage employee exits and update reports
• Oversee full and final settlement formalities and track progress
• Address employee queries and grievances
• Handle end-to-end HR operations
