Position: Sales Officer – Agriculture Loan

Location: Beed

 

Qualification: Graduation or Postgraduation

Experience: 3 Years of Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Banking Industry

 

Age Limit: Upto 32 Years

Gender: Male

 

Salary: As Per Company Norms

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the agriculture sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with farmers, agricultural businesses, and other stakeholders
  • Promote and sell agriculture loans to customers
  • Conduct credit assessments and prepare loan proposals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge of agriculture and rural markets.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in local language(s) and English
