Position: Customer Care Executive

 

 

Qualification: Hsc

Experience: Fresher

 

 

Age Limit: Must Be 18 Years

Gender: Male, Female

 

 

Salary: 10000 to 20000 pm

 

 

Language: Hindi, Punjabi, English

Eligibilities :

· Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems,

service questions and general client concern

· Make a call to the customer for the collection Process

· Must be ready to work in flexible shifts

· Must have good computer knowledge and typing speed

· Must have the ability to handle pressure

· Must have valid educational proof along with their id proof
